The Dutch Grand Prix will not take place after 2026. In recent months, the organizers of several European Grands Prix have been negotiating the possibility of holding their stages on a rotation system - alternating with each other every other year. However, in the end, the organizers of the race in Zandvoort decided to abandon the stage. And the new contract signed with F1 will last only one year - until the end of the 2026 season.
One of the main reasons is that participation fees are too high, despite the fact that the Dutch Grand Prix is one of the few European stages whose organizers do not receive any financial assistance from the country`s authorities.
The Dutch Grand Prix returned to the F1 calendar in 2021 after a 36-year absence, with a huge fan following thanks to Max Verstappen.
